阿替普酶联合低分子肝素对肺栓塞患者的临床疗效及对呼吸动力学的影响 被引量:2

Clinical Effect of Alteplase Combined with Low Molecular Weight Heparin on Patients with Pulmonary Embolism and the Effect of Respiratory Dynamics

摘要 目的:探究阿替普酶联合低分子肝素对肺栓塞患者的临床疗效及对呼吸动力学的影响。方法:选取笔者所在医院2017年12月-2019年5月收治的肺栓塞患者102例,根据治疗方法分为对照组及研究组,各51例。对照组采用低分子肝素进行治疗,研究组采用阿替普酶联合低分子肝素进行治疗。结果:研究组治疗后凝血功能指标均明显优于对照组(P<0.05);研究组治疗后血气分析指标均优于对照组(P<0.05);研究组再入院率及死亡率均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:采用阿替普酶联合低分子肝素对肺栓塞患者实施治疗,可显著改善凝血功能及血气指标,降低死亡率,临床效果显著,可推广应用。 Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of Alteplase combined with low molecular weight heparin on patients with pulmonary embolism and the effect of respiratory dynamics.Method:A total of 102 patients with pulmonary embolism admitted to our hospital from December 2017 to May 2019 were selected,and patients were divided into the control group and the research group according to the treatment methods,with 51 cases in each group.The control group was treated with low molecular weight heparin,while the research group was treated with Alteplase combined with low molecular weight heparin.Result:The blood coagulation function indexes of the research group after treatment were significantly better than those of the control group(P<0.05).The blood gas analysis indexes of the research group after treatment were better than those of the control group(P<0.05).The readmission and mortality of the research group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Alteplase combined with low molecular weight heparin for patients with pulmonary embolism can significantly improve the blood coagulation function and blood gas analysis indexes,and reduce the mortality,and the clinical effect is significant,which can be widely applied.
