摘要
目的:分析柔性管理理念在优化干部病房护理管理中的应用价值。方法:选取笔者所在医院2018年4月-2019年4月干部病房接收患者64例,将柔性化管理前(2018年4-10月)收治的33例患者设为对照组,将柔性化管理后(2018年11月-2019年4月)收治的31例患者设为观察组。比较两组护理满意度,管理前后护理质量。结果:观察组患者护理总满意度明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。管理后护理人员护理质量评分均优于管理前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:干部病房采用柔性管理理念进行管理可有效提升护理质量及患者满意度,从而缓解医患关系。
Objective:To analyze the application value of flexible management concept in optimizing nursing management of cadre wards.Method:A total of 64 patients admitted to the cadre ward of our hospital from April 2018 to April 2019 were selected.The 33 patients admitted before flexible management(April 2018 to October 2018)were set as the control group,and the 31 patients admitted after flexible management(November 2018 to April 2019)were set as the observation group.The nursing satisfaction and nursing quality before and after management were compared between the two groups.Result:The total nursing satisfaction of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing quality score of nursing staff after management was better than that before management,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The management of cadre ward with flexible management concept can effectively improve the quality of nursing and patient satisfaction,so as to alleviate the doctor-patient relationship.
