角膜屈光手术术后视觉质量的研究进展

Research Progress of Visual Quality after Corneal Refractive Surgery

当前,伴随角膜屈光技术研究的不断深入,角膜屈光手术得到较为快速的发展,手术的安全性、有效性、可预测性及屈光稳定性均有显著提升,逐渐被广泛应用于眼科疾病的临床治疗中。由于人们对视觉质量的要求越来越高,视觉质量的评估标准已经不仅仅局限于简单的视力评估及主观感受,因而相继出现了对比敏感度、波前像差、散射光等视觉质量评估概念。角膜屈光手术主要有飞秒激光小切口角膜基质透镜取出术(SMILE)、飞秒激光制瓣的准分子激光角膜磨镶术(FS-LASIK)和经角膜上皮的激光角膜切削术(Trans-PRK)三种术式。本研究就以上三种手术方式的术后视觉质量的相关研究展开综述。

At present,with the deepening of corneal refractive technology research,corneal refractive surgery has been developed rapidly,and the safety,effectiveness,predictability and refractive stability of surgery have been significantly improved,which has gradually been widely used in the clinical treatment of eye diseases.Due to people’s increasingly high requirements for visual quality,the evaluation criteria for visual quality are not limited to simple vision evaluation and subjective perception.Therefore,the concepts of visual quality evaluation,such as contrast sensitivity,wavefront aberration and scattered light and so on have appeared successively.Corneal refractive surgery mainly includes small-incision lenticule extraction(SMILE),femtosecond laser-assisted laser in situ keratomileusis(FS-LASIK)and trans-epithelial photorefractive keractomy(Trans-PRK).The progresses of visual quality in the above three surgeries are reviewed.
