摘要
血小板可促进肿瘤细胞的增生、侵袭、转移及肿瘤血管的生成。近年来对血小板与肿瘤细胞关系的研究发现,血小板在肿瘤微环境中起着重要的作用。而基于这些机制的证实,让临床治疗肿瘤引入抗血小板药物成为可能。这类药物的药理作用机制大致包括抑制血小板花生四烯酸的生成、参与环核苷酸代谢病增加cAMP的含量、抑制凝血酶及抑制血小板糖蛋白血小板糖蛋白(GP)Ⅱb/Ⅲa受体与配体结合等。本文通过综述抗血小板药物的药理作用机制,为后续继续研发新型抗血小板药物治疗肿瘤提高理论参考。
Platelet can promote tumor cell proliferation,invasion,metastasis and tumor angiogenesis.In recent years,it has been found that platelets play an important role in tumor microenvironment.Based on the confirmation of these mechanisms,it is possible to introduce antiplatelet drugs into the clinical treatment of tumors.The pharmacological mechanisms of these drugs include inhibiting the production of arachidonic acid in platelets,increasing the content of camp,inhibiting thrombin,and inhibiting the binding of GPⅡb/Ⅲa receptor to ligands.In this paper,the pharmacological mechanism of antiplatelet drugs was reviewed to provide theoretical reference for further research and development of new antiplatelet drugs in the treatment of tumor.
