摘要
文章介绍了八钢烧结机机尾电除尘器改为电袋复合除尘器。针对机尾除尘系统的特点,通过对技术路线、除尘器结构、净气室结构、气流分布、过滤风速、滤袋选择、气流上升速度、烟气温度控制、清灰方式等关键技术的研究,实现了机尾除尘器的超低排放,改造1年多来,除尘器稳定运行,出口含尘浓度小于5mg/Nm3。
In this project,the electrostatic precipitator at the tail of sintering machine is replaced by the electrostatic bag compound precipitator.According to the characteristics of tail dust removal system.The key technology such as the selection of technical route,the structure of dust collector,the structure of air purification chamber,the distribution of air flow,the filtration air speed,the selection of filter bag,the rising speed of air flow,the control of flue gas temperature and the way of ash cleaning,etc was studied.The ultra-low emission of the tail dust collector was realized.It has been renovated for more than one year.Dust collectors run stably.The dust concentration at the outlet is less than 5mg/Nm3.
