摘要
文章介绍了欧冶炉顶煤气回喷实践、检验了氧气与易燃易爆气体混合喷吹的安全可靠性;通过降低氧气风口前端理论燃烧温度,为优化氧气风口工作环境提供了条件。分析了煤气工艺条件对设备稳定运行的影响,梳理出煤气压缩系统薄弱环节;对煤气再利用系统的运行提供了依据。
This paper introduces the practice of top gas back injection in OY furnace:it tests the safety and reliability of the mixture injection of oxygen and flammable and explosive gas;it provides conditions for optimizing the working environment of oxygen tuyere by reducing the theoretical combustion temperature at the front end of oxygen tuyere.This paper analyzes the influence of gas process conditions on the stable operation of the equipment,combs out the weak links of the gas compression system,and provides the basis for the operation of the gas reuse system.
