摘要
介绍了B高炉炉缸炉底结构的设计特点。结合炉缸实测数据,计算了炉缸炉底1150℃等温线的分布情况,分析了炉缸侧壁温度异常升高的原因,并提供改进措施,取得了良好的效果。
This paper introduces the design features of the hearth and bottom structure of B blast furnace of Bayi Steel.Combined with the measured data of hearth,the distribution of 1150℃isotherm of hearth and bottom is calculated.The causes of the abnormal rise of hearth sidewall temperature are analyzed,and the improvement measures are provided,good results are obtained.
