摘要
通过总结昆玉高炉的生产数据,表明炉渣碱度、镁铝比均会对炉渣排碱能力有影响。昆玉高炉适宜的炉渣碱度应在1.00~1.05范围内,此时炉渣具有较强的排碱能力并能兼顾脱硫能力,同时,还有突破镁铝比到1.05以上的可能,进一步降低铁水冶炼成本。
By summarizing the production data of Kunyu blast furnace,it is shown that slag basicity and MgO/Al2O3 ratio will affect slag alkali removal capacity.The suitable basicity of slag in Kunyu blast furnace should be in the range of 1.00~1.05.At this time,the slag has strong alkali removal ability and desulfurization ability,and it is possible to break through the MgO/Al2O3 ratio of 1.05 to further reduce the cost of hot metal smelting.
