以《医学衷中参西录》所载涉烟(鸦片)医案为研究对象,发现烟客所患疾患大都有下元虚衰的病机,吸食鸦片导致患者“肾火愈炽”“精华渐尽”,所以张锡纯治疗烟客,常配伍扶正养阴之品,或变通经典医方使配方组合更符合烟客体质需求。

This article aims to find treatment characteristics of drug addicts'diseases in ZHANG Xichun's Records of Tradition Chinese and Western Medicine in Combination.Smoking opium could lead to more kidney fire blazing and more kidney essence consuming.Thus,drug addicts'diseases had similar pathogenesis as the deficiency of lower energizer.ZHANG Xichun treated this group with the method of reinforcing healthy Qi and nourishing yin as well as changing the combination of classical formula to match somkers'body constitution.
