关于装配式建筑发展情况的若干思考与对策

Some Considerations and Countermeasures on the Development of Prefabricated Buildings

在我国大力发展装配式建筑的背景下,装配式建筑行业呈现蓬勃发展的态势。然而,高速发展的同时出现了一些需要深入思考与解决的问题,例如对装配式建筑产业化政策的理解、装配式建筑评价标准的执行、标准化设计、建筑—结构—机电—内装的一体化、建筑BIM信息化应用等,都是行业发展中应重点关注的内容。本文结合上述主要问题,从行业有序健康发展的角度进行了逐一论述,并提出相关问题的应对策略。

Under the background of great efforts to develop prefabricated buildings in China,the industry of prefabricated buildings is developing vigorously.With the rapid development,some problems need to be deeply thought and solved.For example,the understanding of prefabricated building industrialization policies,the implementation of prefabricated building assessment standards,standardized design,the integration of building-structure-electromechanical and interior decoration,and the application of building BIM informationization are all important contents in the development of the industry.Combined with the above main problems,this paper discusses one by one from the perspective of orderly and healthy development of the industry,and puts forward the countermeasures to the related problems.
