Key Enterprises Taking the Leading Role in the Development of Prefabricated Building

装配式建筑龙头企业类型涵盖集团型以及开发、施工、设计、构件生产、部品部件生产、装备制造、科研等八类,各类别企业在装配式建筑中发挥着重要的引领作用。本文研究总结了装配式建筑龙头企业在发展进程中的成功经验、主要特点以及存在的问题,并提出发展建议。

There are 8 types of leading enterprises of prefabricated building,including group type as well as development,construction,design,component production,component production,equipment manufacturing,and scientific research type.Each type of enterprises plays an important leading role in prefabricated building.This paper summarizes the successful experience,main characteristics and existing problems of the leading enterprises in the development process of prefabricated building,and puts forward some development suggestions.
