摘要
装配式建筑具有建造速率快、质量好、对环境污染小等优点,但其对预制构件信息集成的要求较高。BIM能够促进构件信息的彼此关联,辅助项目各参与方协同工作。本文在分析预制构件分类、编码和信息深度的基础上,基于Revit API和C#语言,创建预制构件信息共享库,建立构件模型,实现构件的审核入库与管理。实例分析表明,本文所建立的预制构件库能够有效管理预制构件信息。
Prefabricated buildings enjoy the advantages of fast construction rate,high quality and less environmental pollution,but it requires more information integration of prefabricated components.BIM can realize the correlation of component information and assist the collaborative work of participants in prefabricated building.On the basis of analyzing the classification,coding and information depth of prefabricated components,this paper uses Revit API and Visual Studio to create the prefabricated components library,complete the audit and management of components,and finally verify the feasibility of the prefabricated components library through an example.The results show that the prefabricated components library can effectively manage the prefabricated components information.
