装配式模块化老年服务站设计研究

Design of Prefabricated Modular Service Station for the Elderly

老年人在日常出游过程中,需要医疗急救、临时介护、设备共享、休息观景等服务设施。旅游景区等户外公共场所应设立具备急救介护室、无障碍卫生间、共享租赁处、景观休息区等功能空间于一体的老年服务站,为旅游中或户外活动的老人提供各类服务。在此基础上作者提出老年服务站的设计思路,包括标准化功能模块、装配式建造技术、可调节规模形态、多场景运营模式等。老年服务站具有规模小、功能全、标准化、智能化、易建设等特点,可在未来街区和景区等城乡公共场所推广应用。

In the process of daily travel,the elderly need medical first aid,temporary care,equipment sharing,rest and sightseeing services.Outdoor public places such as scenic spots should set up service stations for the elderly with emergency service rooms,barrier-free toilets,shared rental places,landscape rest areas and other functional spaces to provide various services for the elderly during tourism or outdoor activities.On this basis,the author puts forward the design idea of the service station for the elderly,including standardized function module,assembly construction technology,adjustable scale and form,multi-scene operation mode,etc.The service station for the elderly has the characteristics of small scale,full function,standardization,intelligence and easy construction,which can be promoted and applied in urban and rural public places such as communities and scenic spots in the future.
