摘要
BIM技术应用于电网领域的变电站基建工程中,是对已有的项目管理系统的补充和完善,作为有效的辅助管理工具,是对传统变电站建设管理模式的进一步提升;通过对变电站土建、机电到电气设备的建模,更好的在项目建设初期对施工方案进行动态模拟及风险评估,强化变电站基建项目全过程的管控,通过深化设计对隐蔽工程的管理把控,在控制施工进度、质量、安全、成本,以及对档案、各专业团队的人员管理方面能够起到显著效果;尤其对于安全风险的管理,直观地为施工人员提供工作区域指引和风险提示,在保障实施人员安全方面有着及其重大的意义。
BIM technology applied in substation infrastructure engineering in the field of power grid is the supplement and improvement of the existing project management system.As an effective auxiliary management tool,BIM technology is a further improvement of the traditional substation construction management mode.Through the modeling of substation civil engineering,electromechanical and electrical equipment,the dynamic simulation and risk assessment of the construction scheme can be better carried out in the early stage of project construction.Strengthen the management and control of the whole process of substation infrastructure project,and control the concealed works by deepening the design,which can play a significant role in controlling the construction progress,quality,safety,cost,as well as personnel management of archives and professional teams.Especially for the management of safety risks,it is of great significance to intuitively provide work area guidance and risk tips for construction personnel,so as to ensure the safety of implementation personnel.
