摘要
为提高抗菌粉末涂料的耐久性,研究了一种以纳米银为主要抗菌成分的长效抗菌粉末涂料,并对该涂料的抗菌性、抗菌耐久性、耐黄变性以及漆膜外观进行了考察。结果表明,该抗菌粉末涂料具有优异的抗菌性能和耐久性,对革兰氏阳性菌、大肠杆菌的初次灭菌率超过99.99%,并且能够经受20kPa力情况下的360次反复擦拭。随着抗菌剂添加量的增加,涂膜抗菌性能提高,但黄变程度增加。此外研究还发现,抗菌剂的添加对漆膜的光泽度和雾度影响较小,光泽度略有降低,雾度略有增加。
In order to improve the durability of antimicrobial powder coating,a long-lasting antimicrobial additive with nano-silver as the main component was studied,and the inhibitory effect,durability,yellowness resistance and the appearance of the coating film were also investigated.The results showed that the antimicrobial powder coating had excellent antimicrobial properties and durability.The initial sterilization rate against gram-positive Escherichia coli was more than 99.99%,and it could withstand 360 times of repeated wiping under 20kPa pressure.As the amount of additive increased,the inhibitory effect of the coating elevated,but the yellowness degree aggravated.In addition,the study also found that the addition of this additive slightly influenced the gloss and haze,i.e.gloss decreased and haze increased.
