摘要
北京大兴国际机场项目是国家"十二五"规划重点建设项目,北京市"十二五"时期重大基础设施规划的一号工程、民航"十二五"建设重点项目。北京新机场定位为大型国际枢纽机场,建成后将成为展现中国国家形象的新国门。多层大面积预应力快速张拉技术阐述了缓粘结预应力施工技术与键槽支撑架体相结合的施工技术,解决了北京大兴国际机场项目采用大面积预应力架体长时间占用的问题,实现了加快工期的目的;同时解决了预应力管道贯穿复杂梁柱钢筋节点的问题,为项目节约工期,创造经济效益,取得了良好的效果。
Beijing Daxing International Airport Project is the key construction project of the National "Twelfth Five-Year Plan",the No.1 project of the major infrastructure planning during the "Twelfth Five-Year Plan" period in Beijing,and the key project of the "12 th Five-Year Plan" for civil aviation. Beijing Daxing International Airport is positioned as a large international hub airport. Upon completion,it will become a new country to showcase China’s national image. The multi-layer large-area prestressed rapid tensioning technology describes the construction technology of the combination of the slow-bonding prestressed construction technology and the keyway support frame,and solves the problem of long-term occupation of the large-area prestressed frame body in the Beijing Daxing International Airport project. The purpose of accelerating the construction period was realized;at the same time,the problem that the prestressed pipeline penetrated the complex beam-column reinforcement node was solved,which saved the construction period and created economic benefits for the project and achieved good results.
