摘要 大跨度连续梁桥悬臂浇筑法施工,涉及0#号块、标准悬臂段、合龙段施工、体系转换等诸多工序。其中合龙段施工也是全桥成桥施工的关键节点,施工难度大。合理的合龙顺序、合龙时机选择、临时锁定、合龙端口的高差控制及体系转换是全桥成桥的重点。本文结合上海大芦线航道整治二期工程(闵行浦江段)-跨航道桥梁工程恒南路桥主桥三跨(65m+107m+65m)大跨度预应力连续梁箱桥,对连续梁桥合龙关键技术进行总结,对类似工程施工提供一定的参考借鉴。 The cantilever pouring construction of long-span continuous girder bridge involves many processes,such as 0 # block,standard cantilever section,closure section construction,system transformation and so on. Among them,the construction of the closing section is also the key node of the complete bridge construction,and the construction is very difficult. Reasonable closing sequence,timing,temporary locking,height difference control of closing ports and system transformation are the key points of bridge completion. In this paper,combined with the three-span(65 m+107 m+65 m) long-span prestressed continuous girder box bridge of Hengnan Road Bridge,the second phase of Shanghai Dalu Line Channel Regulation Project(Minhangpu River Section)-the cross-channel bridge project,the key technology of closure of continuous girder bridge is summarized,which provides some reference for similar projects.
