An office project is designed with China Green Building Design and Operation Three-Star + China Healthy Building Design and Operation Three-Star+ US LEED Platinum + American WELL Platinum. Through the adoption of:solar photovoltaic,rainwater recycling,double-layer hollow the louver breathing curtain wall,the whole building direct drinking water purification system,the first-class energy-efficient air conditioning unit,and the first-class water-saving sanitary equipment and other advanced technologies have created the country’s leading green-healthy,high-comfort and low-energy office building with four-fold certification.
