摘要
装配式钢筋混凝土结构中装配部分和现浇部分的叠合面是构件受力的薄弱环节。本文分析总结了装配式钢筋混凝土构件叠合层新旧混凝土界面的粘结机理及其影响因素,提出了提高新旧混凝土水平施工缝施工质量的措施,通过在具体工程中的应用取得了良好的效果,研究成果为同类工程的施工质量控制提供借鉴。
In fabricated reinforced concrete structures,the interface between the assembled portion and the cast-in-place portion is a weak position. This paper analyzes and summarizes the bonding mechanism and its influencing factors of the new and old concrete interface of the laminated layer. Put forward measures to improve the construction quality of new and old concrete horizontal construction joints. Good results achieved by application in specific projects,which provides a reference for the construction quality control of similar projects.
