大藤峡水利枢纽船闸输水系统研究 被引量:1

摘要 大藤峡水利枢纽船闸闸室有效尺度为280 m×34 m×5.8 m,设计最大水头40.25 m,一次充泄水量42万m3,为目前国内外已建单级船闸之最。船闸充泄水阀门段廊道、第一分流口及第二分流口等输水系统关键部位水力学问题突出。通过深入研究发现并解决了自分流方案第二分流口腔体水流脉动较大的问题;解决了第一分流口T形管处脉动问题;完成了充泄水阀门段体型、第一分流口、第二分流口、泄水箱涵尺寸优化研究。优化后四区段八分支廊道盖板消能(自分流)方案输水系统水力特性、廊道压力特性、船舶停泊条件均满足规范要求,为设计提供技术支撑。 The shiplock of Datengxia Project is the biggest single shiplock built at home and abroad at present,with an effective scale of chamber of 280 m×34 m×5.8 m,biggest designed water head of 40.25 m and one-time discharge of 420,000 m3.Hydraulic issues become increasingly obvious in the key sections of water delivery systems,such as filling and discharging gate corridor,first and second diversion ports.Thanks to the efforts of scientific institutions,problems such as big flow pulsation in cavity of second diversion port and pulsation in tubular T of first diversion port had been solved.Studies were completed for optimizing fill-drain Valve section figure,first and second diversion ports and dimensions of drain box culvert.The requirements of technical standards are met after optimization of hydraulic feature of water delivery system for energy dispatching(automatic diverging flow)of cover plate in four sections and eight branch corridors,gallery pressure characteristic and berthing conditions of ships.
