大藤峡水利枢纽水轮机运行稳定性分析及预防措施 被引量:1

摘要 针对大藤峡水利枢纽水轮机运行中水头变幅大、运行条件复杂、转轮直径大和国内大尺寸轴流转桨式水轮机设计、制造及运行经验较少等不利因素,对影响大藤峡水利枢纽水轮机安全稳定运行的脱流、磨蚀、尾水管压力脉动、卡门涡、水力不平衡等水力因素进行深入分析,并结合大藤峡模型水轮机稳定性试验,提出了优选水轮机参数、改善水轮机设计、优化机组结构设计、合理安排机组运行方式、设置有效的补气措施、优化水轮机流道和提高水轮机加工精度等预防措施,保证机组投产后的运行稳定性。 Aiming at the disadvantageous factors such as large head variation,complex operation conditions,large diameter of runner and less experience in design,manufacture and operation of large-scale axial-flow propeller turbine in Datengxia Hydraulic Project,the hydraulic factors affecting the safe and stable operation of the hydro-turbine of the project,such as deburging,abrasion,pressure fluctuation of draft tube,Karman vortices and hydraulic imbalance,are carried out.Based on the in-depth analysis and stability test of Datengxia model turbine,some preventive measures are put forward,such as optimizing turbine parameters,improving turbine design,optimizing unit structure design,rationally arranging unit operation mode,setting up effective air supplement measures,optimizing turbine runner and improving turbine processing accuracy,so as to ensure the operation stability of the unit after commissioning.
