强化心理干预对小儿癫痫治疗依从性、治疗效果和心理状况的影响

Effect of strengthen psychological intervention on treatment effect,compliance and psychological status of children with epilepsy

目的:探讨强化心理干预对小儿癫痫治疗依从性、治疗效果和心理状况的影响。方法:选取2015年12月至2016年12月我院收治的200例小儿癫痫患者作为研究对象,采用回顾性分析法分析所有患者的临床资料,按照资料中干预方法不同将其分为对照组和研究组,每组各100例,对照组患者在所患疾病临床治疗上予以常规干预,研究组在对照组基础上予以强化心理干预,两组患者均干预4周,干预结束后比较两组患者临床疗效、依从性以及心理状况。结果:①研究组干预后临床总有效率(91.00%)明显高于对照组(69.00%),比较差异具有显著性(χ^2=15.125,P<0.001);②研究组干预后治疗依从性(87.00%)明显高于对照组(64.00%),比较差异间具有显著性(χ^2=14.299,P<0.001);③两组患者干预后其SAS、SDA评分均较干预前降低,且研究组降低程度明显大于对照组,比较差异间具有显著性(t=8.108,10.389;P<0.001)。结论:强化心理干预对小儿癫痫患者治疗效果显著,可明显减轻其焦虑和抑郁程度,提高治疗依从性,可作为小儿癫痫患者首选的干预模式。

Objective:To investigate the effect of strengthen psychological intervention on pediatric epilepsy treatment,compliance and psychological status.Methods:The clinical data of 200 children with epilepsy treated in our hospital from December 2015 to December 2016 were analyzed retrospectively.In accordance with the different methods of intervention in the data,children were divided into control group(100 cases)and research group(100 cases).The patients in the control group were given routine intervention under the clinical treatment of the disease,and the study group was given strengthen psychological intervention on the basis of the control group,tid for 4 weeks.After the intervention,the clinical efficacy,compliance and psychological status of the two groups were compared.Results:①The total effective rate in the study group(91.00%)after intervention was significantly higher than that in the control group(69.00%),the difference was significant(χ^2=15.125,P<0.001);②The treatment compliance in the study group(86.75%)was significantly higher than that of the control group(64.06%).The difference was significant(χ^2=14.299,P<0.001);③The SAS and SDA scores of the two groups were lower than those before the intervention,and the reduction level in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group(t=8.108,10.389;P<0.001).Conclusion:The effect of strengthen psychological intervention on pediatric epilepsy is significant,which can reduce the degree of anxiety and depression,improve treatment compliance.It can be used as the preferred intervention mode for children with epilepsy.
