摘要
目的:评估海军某舰艇官兵远洋训练1月时生活质量状况及其影响因素。方法:采用随机整群抽样法,抽取某舰艇部队官兵136名,应用健康状况简表(SF-36)进行生活质量调查,利用自行设计的调查表调查一般人口学特征,并通过单因素t检验和多元线性回归分析研究其与生活质量的关系。结果:①舰艇官兵生活质量调查表的精力、社会功能维度和SF-36总分均低于地方常模(t=-5.045,-2.729,-4.665;P<0.01),其余维度与地方常模相比差异无统计学意义;②多元线性回归发现生活质量及心理健康总评的影响因素为服役满意度(t=3.779,4.137;P<0.01),生理健康总评的影响因素为训练满意度(t=2.449,P=0.016)。结论:海军某舰艇官兵远洋训练1月时生活质量状况较差,其主要影响因素为服役满意度和训练满意度,通过心理健康教育、心理疏导等可能对其有益。
Objective:To explore health-related quality of life and analyze associated factors of soldiers in a nary warship troop after 1 month in ocean traning.Methods:A total of 136 soldiers in a nary warship troop were selected by random cluster sampling method.the medieal outcome study short form health survey(SF-36)was used to investigate their quality of life,self-designed general demographic questionnaire was used to investigate the influencing factors of quality of life,two-samplet test and multiple step-wise regression were carried out to explore the correlation between quality of life and its relavant factors.Results:①soldiers in a nary warship troop were significantly 1 ower than civilian norm in vitality,social functioning and the total score of SF-36(t=-5.045,-2.729,-4.665;P<0.01),and the difference of the other six dimensions were not statistically significant.②the influencing factor of qualiy of life and mental component summary was low level of service satifaction(t=3.779,4.137;P<0.01),the influencing factor of physical component summary was low level of training satifaction(t=2.449,P<0.05).Conclusion:Quality of life of soldiers in a nary warship troop after 1 month in ocean traning is poor,the levels of service satifaction and training satifaction are the main influencing factors,and may be improved by mental health education,psychological counseling.
