应对方式对个体自我结构与恋爱满意度的中介作用

Coping style mediates the relationship between self-construal and relationship satisfaction

目的:探索应对方式(Coping Style)对个体自我结构和恋爱满意度的中介作用。方法:采用自我结构量表(Self-Construal Scale,SCS)、应对方式问卷(Coping Style Questionnaire,CSQ)和大学生恋爱关系满意度问卷,共发放问卷350份,收回有效问卷321份(91.71%)。被试年龄在17~26岁。结果:恋爱满意度与自我结构(r互倚型=0.358,P<0.01;r独立型=0.265,P<0.01)、成熟型应对方式(r=0.118,P<0.05)呈显著正相关,且应对方式在自我结构和恋爱满意度的关系中起中介作用。具体来说,不成熟型应对方式和混合型应对方式在互倚型自我结构和大学生恋爱关系满意度之间起中介作用(其中不成熟型应对方式和混合型应对方式的Bootstrap值分别为0.0217和0.0277,95%的可信区间分别为0.0049~0.0482和0.0057~0.0494)。结论:不良的应对方式可能是互倚型自我的个体恋爱关系满意度较低的原因。

Objective:To assess the role of coping style as a mediator between self-construal and relationship satisfaction.Methods:Self-Construal Scale,Coping Style Questionnaire,the Quality of Relationship Index were completed by 350 college students in China.Three hundred and twenty one questionnaires(91.71%)were collected.Results:Relationship satisfaction was positively related to self-construal(r=0.358,0.265,0.118;P<0.05).Coping style mediated the relationship between self-construal and relationship satisfaction.Specifically,immature coping style and mixed coping style mediated the relationship between interdependence-self and intimate relationship(Bootstrap values of immature coping style and mixed coping style were 0.0217 and 0.0277 respectively,and 95%confidence intervals were 0.0049~0.0482 and 0.0057~0.0494,respectively).Conclusion:Poor coping style may be the reason for the low satisfaction of the interdependent self in love relationship.
