慕课培训对大学生心理委员胜任力的影响

Effectiveness of massive open online course training for college psychological commissioners’ competency

目的:评估慕课培训对心理委员胜任力的影响效果,为完善心理委员培训体系提供参考依据。方法:将某校大一年级131名心理委员立意分配为干预组和对照组,其中干预组68人,对照组63人,干预组接受慕课培训,慕课包括14个专题,对照组不接受任何处理,慕课培训开始前一周及培训结束后一周分别采用心理委员胜任力量表进行调查,采用描述性统计分析、卡方检验和t检验分析数据。结果:慕课培训前,干预组和对照组各指标间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。慕课培训后,干预组和对照组在心理委员胜任力的自我认知、性格特质、专业知识维度及总分上的前后差值间的差异有统计学意义(t=2.08,2.01,2.82,2.38;P<0.05),干预组心理委员在4个指标上的提升水平均高于对照组。结论:慕课培训可以提升心理委员的胜任力水平,可以考虑将其作为心理委员的普及教育课程进行推广。

Objective:To evaluate the effectiveness of massive open online course(MOOC)training on college psychological commissioners’ competency,and provide information support for improving the training system of college psychological commissioners.Methods:A total of 131 freshman psychological commissioners were purposely assigned into intervention group and control group.There were 68 and 63 psychological commissioners in the intervention and control group,respectively.The intervention group received the training of MOOC,which included fourteen topics.There wasn’t any treatment for control group.Pretest and posttest measures were collected from psychological commissioners using the college psychological commissioners’ competency questionnaire.Data were analyzed with descriptive statistical analysis,chi-square test and T test.Results:Relative to control group,the psychological commissioners of intervention group produced greater gains in self cognition,personality traits,professional knowledge and total competency(t=2.08,2.01,2.82,2.38;P<0.05)after MOOC training.Conclusion:MOOC can improve the level of college psychological commissioners’ competency and this course can be popularized among college psychological commissioners.
