One case of medication-related osteonecrosis of the jaw and literature review

摘要 双膦酸盐(bisphosphonates,BPs)是一类骨吸收抑制剂,可抑制破骨细胞活性,广泛应用于预防和治疗由破骨细胞活性增强所致的各种骨质降解类疾病,如骨质疏松症、多发性骨髓瘤、肿瘤源性高钙血症、恶性肿瘤溶骨性骨转移等[1]。随着其在临床中的大量应用,有关双膦酸盐相关性颌骨坏死(bisphosphonate-related osteonecrosis of the jaw,BRONJ)的报道日渐增多,在国际上引起了广泛重视[2-4]。
