摘要
水力喷射排砂工艺结构简单,井下管柱无机械运动,参数调节方便,能够配置不同的组件以适应生产要求和井下环境。在日常生产中测试、维护、控制简单,免修期较长,对出砂井、稠油井的排砂采液有良好的适应性,现场实践证明水力喷射排砂可有效解决传统防砂井防砂周期短、地层供液差等问题,通过排砂作用可改善储层堵塞、提高油井产能,具有较好的应用前景。
Hydraulic jet sand removal process has a simple structure, the downhole pipe string has no mechanical movement, the parameters can be adjusted conveniently, and therefore various components can be configured to meet production requirements and to adjust to downhole environment. The testing, maintenance, and control of this process are simple with long maintenance-free period in daily production, and it has good adaptability to sand removal and liquid extraction from sand wells and heavy oil wells. Field application has shown that hydraulic jet sand removal technology can solve the problems of short sand control period of conventional sand control well and poor fluid flow to the formation, etc. It can reduce reservoir blocking and increase the productivity of well substantially through sand removal, and has good application prospect.
