BGLB法在生活饮用水总大肠菌群检测中的应用研究 被引量:3

The application of BGLB method for the detection of total coliform bacteria in drinking water

摘要 目的采用BGLB(煌绿乳糖胆盐肉汤)法检测生活饮用水中总大肠菌群,同时用多管发酵法"国标第一法"加以验证,以确定一种简便、可靠、省时、值得推广的检测方法。方法用"BGLB法"和"国标第一法"对标准菌株进行检测,比较两种方法检测结果的准确性,进一步采集北辰区居民生活饮用水422份,用"BGLB法"进行检测,并与"国标法第一法"结果进行比对,分析两种方法的检测效率。结果在标准菌株培养24 h的结果显示,"BGLB法"的阳性管数多于"国标法第一法";422份北辰区居民生活饮用水中,"BGLB法"检测的阳性率为23.22%,"国标法第一法"检测的阳性率为22.74%。其两种方法的阳性率结果差异不具有统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论两种方法的测定结果基本一致,但"BGLB法"相较于"国标第一法"操作简便,缩短了检测时间,并且敏感性高,适用于大批量样品的快速检测,同时更适用于突发事件中水检测,是一种更简便的检测生活饮用水的方法,值得推广。 Absract:Objective The total coliform group in drinking water was detected by BGLB method,and the results were verfied by muti-tube fermentation method"national standard first method",so as to determine a simple,reliable,timesaving and worthy of promotion.Methods The standard strains were tested with the"BGLB method"and the"national standard method"to compare the accuracy of the test results of the two methods,and 422 samples of living drinking water of residents in beichen district were further collected,which were tested with the"BGLB method"and compared with the results of the"national standard method"to analyze the detection efficiency of the two methods.Results The results showed that the number of positive tubes of the"BGLB method"was more than that of the"national standard method".Among the 422 samples of beichen district residents’drinking water,the positive rate of the"BGLB method"was 23.22%and the positive rate of the"national standard method first method"was 22.74%.The difference in positive rate between the two methods was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusions The results of the two methods are basically consistent.However,compared with the"national standard first method",the"BGLB method"is simpler to operate,shortens the testing time and has a high sensitivity.It is suitable for the rapid detection of large quantities of samples,and more suitable for the water detection in emergencies.
