摘要
目的探析心房颤动的发生发展与出生月份节律及其他危险因素的相关性。方法纳入在新乡医学院第一附属医院确诊的房颤患者1348例,选取同期就诊的1348例排除房颤的患者为对照组。收集出生日期、性别、年龄、CHOL、TG等相关基线数据,采用单因素检分析,有统计学差异进入二元多因素Logistic回归统计分析心房颤动患者各危险因素的相关性。结果单因素分析结果显示年龄、出生月份、冠心病、高血压、糖尿病、吸烟、饮酒、睡眠、CHOL、TG、D-二聚体、INR具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。二元Logistic回归分析结果显示出生月份、年龄、饮酒、睡眠、CHOL、TG、D-D具有统计学意义(P<0.05),其中与其他出生时间相比,1月份出生者更易罹患心房颤动(P<0.05)。结论本研究结果显示出生时间、睡眠、年龄、饮酒、CHOL、TG、D-D为房颤发生危险因素,出生在1月的人群比其它月份更易罹患心房颤动。
Objective To explore the correlation between the occurrence and development of atrial fibrillation and birth month rhythm and other risk factors.Methods 1348 patients with atrial fibrillation diagnosed in the First Affiliated Hospital of Xinxiang Medical College were included,and 1348 patients who excluded atrial fibrillation during the same period were selected as control group.The baseline data of birth date,sex,age,sleep quality,blood glucose,cholesterol(CHOL),high/low density lipoprotein(HDL/LDL),international standard ratio(INR),D-dimer,coronary heart disease and hypertension were collected,Single factor analysis was used to analyze the correlation of various risk factors in patients with atrial fibrillation,with statistical differences entering binary multivariate Logistic regression.Results The results of single factor analysis showed that age,month of birth,coronary heart disease,hypertension,diabetes,smoking,drinking,sleep,CHOL,TG,D-dimer,INR and the incidence of atrial fibrillation were statistically significant(P<0.05).Logistic regression analysis showed that month of birth,age,alcohol consumption,sleep,CHOL,TG,D-dimer the main risk factors for atrial fibrillation(P<0.05),among which January birth was more prone to atrial fibrillation than other birth times(P<0.05).Conclusions The results of this study show that birth time,sleep,age,drinking,CHOL,TG,D-D are related to the risk of atrial fibrillation.People born in January are more likely to suffer from atrial fibrillation than those born in other months.
