2018年安阳市高校新生艾滋病知识与性行为调查

Investigation on AIDS Related Knowledge and Sexual Behaviors Among Freshmen in 2018

目的了解安阳市高校新生艾滋病相关知识认知水平和性行为特征,为高校艾滋病预防控制工作提供依据。方法通过分层随机整群抽样的方法,采用自制问卷对高校入学新生进行匿名自填式问卷调查。结果603名高校新生中,艾滋病相关知识的总知晓率达77.1%,男生总知晓率79.3%高于女生总知晓率75.2%,差异有统计学意义(χ^2=29.1,P=0.000);高校新生性行为发生率为5.6%。男生性行为发生率为10.6%,高于女生性行为发生率1.5%,差异有统计学意义(χ^2=23.08,P=0.000)。安全套使用率不超过50.0%。结论高校新生艾滋病知识得分偏低,发生性行为时自我保护意识差,应引起重视。

Objective To understand the AIDS knowledge and behavioral characteristics of freshmen in Fangshan district of Anyang and provide evidence for prevention and control.Methods A questionnaire-based survey was conducted among freshmen recruited by the stratified cluster random sampling method.Results The total awareness rate of AIDS related knowledge was77.1%,and the total awareness rate in male students(79.3%)was higher than in female students(75.2%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ^2=29.1,P=0.000).The rate of sexual behaviors among freshmen was 5.6%,the rate of sexual behaviors in male students(10.6%)was higher than in female students(1.5%),the difference was statistically significant(χ^2=23.08,P=0.000),The rate of condom use in freshmen was no more than 50%.Conclusions The cognition level of AIDS related knowledge in freshmen is low,and the self-protection consciousness of sexual behavior is poor.
