2017-2018年封丘县中小学生近视、弱视现况分析

Analysis on the current situation of myopia and amblyopia among primary and middle school students in Fengqiu County

目的调查河南省封丘县中小学生的近视、弱视发病情况,为本地区防控青少年弱视、近视提供相关数据。方法抽取2017年9月~2018年9月于河南省封丘县在校生11204例,其中小学3520例、初中3818例、高中3686例,检测视力、眼位、眼球运动、屈光状态等,并进行问卷调查。结果封丘县中小学生共检出弱视271例(2.46%)、近视4409例(39.99%);弱视小学生98(2.78%)、初中生67(1.75%)、高中生106(2.88%);近视小学生1143(32.47%)、初中生1430(37.45%)、高中生1836(49.81%);弱视与弱视家族遗传史、近视家族遗传史、母亲妊娠年龄和孕次有关(χ^2分别为146.970、31.198、7.831、22.485,P均<0.05),近视与看书时间有关(Z=3.332,P=0.025)。结论河南省封丘县中小学生近视与与弱视发病情况处于一般水平,但仍需加以重视。

Objective To investigate the incidence of myopia and amblyopia among primary and middle school students in Fengqiu County,Henan Province,and to provide relevant data for prevention and control of amblyopia and myopia in adolescents.Methods From September 2017 to September 2018,11204 primary and middle school students were enrolled in Fengqiu County,Henan Province,including 3520 primary schools,3818 junior high schools,and 3686 high schools.The vision,eye position,eye movement,refractive status,etc.were examined and a questionnaire survey was conducted.Results A total of 271 cases(2.46%)of amblyopia and 4409 cases of myopia(39.99%)were detected in primary and middle school students in Fengqiu County.Primary school pupils 98(2.78%),junior high school students 67(1.75%),high school students 106(2.88%);myopia pupils 1143(32.47%),junior high school students 1430(37.45%),high school students 1836(49.81%).The genetic history of amblyopia and amblyopia family and the genetic history of myopia family were significantly correlated(χ^2=146.971,31.198,7.831,22.485,P<0.05).Myopia was significantly correlated with reading time(Z=3.332,P=0.025).Conclusions The incidence of myopia and amblyopia among primary and middle school students in Fengqiu County of Henan Province is at a general level,but it still needs to be taken seriously.
