基于聚类分析的王振涛应用水丸剂治疗心悸病用药规律研究

Study on the Regularity of Wang Zhentao’s Application of Water Pills in the Treatment of Palpitation Based on Cluster Analysis

目的:探讨和总结王振涛教授应用水丸剂辨治心悸病的学术思想和用药规律。方法:以王振涛教授在河南中医药大学第二附属医院门诊应用水丸剂治疗心悸病例为研究对象,提取处方药物建立数据库,然后用SPSS 19.0统计软件进行频率、聚类分析,分析其应用水丸剂治疗心悸的用药规律。结果:共有196份病例纳入研究,共得药物191味,常用中药有茶树根、甘草、丹参、茯苓、三七、茯神等10味。聚类分析发现生脉散、四参定悸饮、桂枝甘草汤、黄连温胆汤、冠心Ⅱ号方以及解郁安神、健脾调肠类方药为王振涛教授辨治心悸病应用水丸剂的基本方药。结论:王振涛教授应用水丸剂辨治心悸从“虚”“痰”“瘀”“热”论治,以益气养阴温阳、清热化痰活血为原则,兼之注重解郁安神、健脾调肠。

Objective To explore and summarize the academic thought and rule of application of water pills in the differential treatment of palpitation by Professor Wang Zhentao.Methods Professor Wang Zhentao applied the water pill to treat palpitations in the outpatient department of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Henan University of Traditional Chinese Medicine.The database of prescription drugs was extracted.Then SPSS 19.0 statistical software was used to analyze the frequency and cluster analysis of the application of water pills in the treatment of palpitation.Results A total of 196 cases were included in the study,a total of 191 drugs were obtained.There were 10 commonly used traditional Chinese medicine,such as tea root,licorice,salvia miltiorrhiza,Poria cocos,Panax notoginseng,Poria,etc.Cluster analysis showed that Shengmai Powder,Sishen Dinghui decoction,Guizhi Gancao decoction,Huanglian Wendan decoction,GuanxinⅡprescription,relieving depression and calming mind,invigorating spleen and regulating intestines were the basic prescriptions for Professor Wang Zhentao s application of water pills in the differential treatment of palpitation.Conclusion Professor Wang Zhentao should treat palpitation by differentiating and treating palpitation from“deficiency”,“phlegm”,“blood stasis”and“heat”.The principle of replenishing qi and nourishing yin and warming yang,clearing heat and resolving phlegm and activating blood circulation,and paying attention to relieving depression and calming the mind,invigorating the spleen and regulating the intestines.
