梓江盐亭县出境断面水质达标方案研究

Study on Scheme about Water Quality Reaching the Standard at Boundary Section for Yanting County in Zijiang

将梓江流域盐亭段水环境问题作为系统问题,从污染源调查、水质现状评价、水环境问题入手,采用数理统计、模型计算等方法,分析流域水环境问题的成因,并多角度进行污染治理工程的规划,除传统的内源治理、外源截污外,充分结合水污染机理与水体自净机理,从自净能力提升角度为梓江流域盐亭段提供水质达标方案。

In this paper,the authors,taking the water environment problem in Yanting section of the Zi river basin as a systematic one,starting with the investigation of pollution sources,the evaluation of water quality status and the diagnosis of water environment problems,by means of mathematical statistics and model calculation,analyzed the causes of water environment problems in the basin,and carried out the overall planning of pollution control projects in the way of multiple perspectives.In addition to the traditional internal control and external pollution interception,the authors fully combined the mechanism of water pollution and the mechanism of water self-purification,and put forward the water quality reaching standard scheme of Yanting section of Zi river basin from the perspective of improving the purification capacity mainly dependent on itself.
