摘要
研究采用麦麸制备的生物炭作为吸附剂,并研究了其对刚果红的吸附作用。同时,针对实际染料废水的特点,考察了反应温度和阴离子盐对吸附去除效果的影响。表征结果表明,合成的生物炭呈孔状结构,结构良好。吸附实验结果表明,随着生物炭裂解温度升高,生物炭芳香化程度增大生物炭与刚果红之间π-π作用随之增大。刚果红在生物炭上的吸附动力学符合伪二级动力学模型,吸附等温线符合Freundlich模型,吸附随着温度升高而变强,阴离子对吸附影响较小。
Biochar prepared from wheat bran was used as adsorbent and its adsorption on Congo red was studied.At the same time,according to the characteristics of actual dye wastewater,the effects of reaction temperature and anion salt on the adsorption and removal efficiency were investigated.The characterization results show that the synthesized biochar has a pore structure and good structure.The results of adsorption experiments show that theπ-πinteraction between biochar and Congo red increases with the increase of the cracking temperature of biochar.The adsorption kinetics of Congo red on biochar is in accordance with pseudo second-order kinetics model,and the adsorption isotherm is in accordance with Freundlich model.The adsorption becomes stronger with the increase of temperature,and the anion has little influence on the adsorption.
