粉状五氧化二钒成型工艺技术研究

摘要 研究了粉状五氧化二钒成型工艺及成型块度对钒铁收率的影响,研究结果表明:当成型压力5 MPa,磨料粒度-160目,成型转速40 Hz,黏结剂比例10.5%~11%时,成型率可达到97.0%以上,成型密度≥2.3 g/cm^3。与粉状五氧化二钒冶炼钒铁相比,成型后的五氧化二钒块度为25 mm×25 mm×10 mm时钒铁反应过程更加平稳,钒铁回收率可以达到97%。 In this paper,the influence of powdered forming process and powdered vanadium pentoxide forming particle size on the recovery of ferrovanadium has been studied.The results show that when the forming pressure is 5 MPa,the abrasive particle size is-160 mesh,the forming rotating speed is 40 Hz,the proportion of binder is 10.5%~11%,the forming rate is over 97.0%,and the forming density is more than 2.3 g/cm^3.Compared with using powdered vanadium pentoxide smelting ferrovanadium,the reaction process of ferrovanadium is more stable when the bolck size of formed vanadium pentoxide is 25 mm×25 mm×10 mm,and the revovery of ferrovanadium can reach 97%.
