摘要
通过对铬浸出渣资源综合利用试验可得:Cr^6+平均浸出率为99.94%,∑Cr平均浸出率为86.55%,Fe平均浸出率为94.72%。通过萃取-反萃取-沉淀工序可以获得99%以上的氢氧化铁和98.5%以上氢氧化铬;通过萃余液处理工艺试验,获得符合工业标准的主品位97%以上的硫酸钙(晶须)、40%以上的碳酸镁和98%以上的工业氯化钠,处理后的萃余液返回浸出工序循环使用,实现了副产盐酸和铬资源的综合利用。
According to the comprehensive utilization test of chromium leaching slag resources,the average leaching rate of Cr^6+in the test is 99.94%,the average leaching rate of Cr is 86.55%,and the average leaching rate of Fe is 94.72%.Through the extraction-back extraction-precipitation process,more than 99%iron hydroxide and more than 98.5%chromium hydroxide can be obtained;Through the raffinate treatment process test,the main grade of more than 97%calcium sulfate(whiskers),40%magnesium carbonate,and 98%industrial sodium chloride were obtained which are all meet the industry-standard.The processed raffinate is returned to the leaching process for recycling.It achieved comprehensive utilization of by-product hydrochloric acid and chromium resources.
