摘要
耐久性是热量表所有质量属性中至关重要的一环,针对热量表存在的长期可靠性问题,本文介绍了一种耐久性试验装置实现热量表的4000次冷热循环冲击试验方法。能更好地模拟热量表现场工况,对热量表的耐久性分析具有很强的实际意义,为我国热量表耐久性试验研究提供检测手段,为解决热量表使用中存在的长期可靠性问题提供帮助。
Durability is one of the most important quality attributes of the heat meter. In view of the long-term reliability of the heat meter,this paper introduces a durability test device to achieve 4000 cold and hot cycle impact test method of the heat meter. It can simulate the working condition of the heat meter better,and has a strong practical significance for the durability analysis of the heat meter. It can provide detection means for the durability test and research of the heat meter in China,and help to solve the long-term reliability problems in the use of the heat meter.
