随着国家"放管服"改革和事业单位改革进入深水区,作为计量行政部门依法设置的国家法定计量检定机构不得不面临调整。新的《计量法》仍未出台,国家法定计量检定机构在社会经济发展中的法律地位仍未明确。国际单位制的变革必将深刻改变计量发展,国家法定计量机构改革和发展何去何从,在这里笔者和大家一起探讨,特撰此文以飨读者。

With the reform of the state’s "release and control uniforms" and the reform of public institutions entering the deep water area,the national statutory metrology verification institutions set up by the metrological administrative department according to law have to face adjustment. The new Metrology Law has not yet been promulgated,and the legal status of national statutory metrology verification agencies in social and economic development is still unclear. The reform of international unit system will change the development of metrology profoundly,and the direction of the reform and development of national statutory metrology institutions.
