新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情背景下在线课程资源公益性供给的实践观察及理性思考 被引量:24

A Practical Observation and Rational Thinking of Commonweal Supply of Online Course Resources under the Background of COVID-19 Plague

摘要 面对新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情,利用网络平台“停课不停学”成为必然选择而且已被教育部公布实施,很多地方纷纷响应,出台了关于网上教学的指导意见,众多网络学习平台海量的课程资源井喷式免费开放,学生、教师和家长陷入选择焦虑。本文作者跟踪、监测、梳理了20余家平台免费供给的课程资源,分析了在线课程资源供给与需求的失衡状况,发现适宜性不强严重影响在线课程的质量。在调研基础上,就新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情背景下的在线课程资源的公益性供给提出7点建议,引发人们对疫情倒逼的在线课程蜂拥而起的现象进行多维思考。 Facing the COVID-19 plague,utilizing the network platform to realize“suspending class without suspending study”has become an inevitable choice and has been released by the Ministry of Education.Many local departments have responded one after another,and published guidance of online teaching.Tremendous course resources of large amount of network learning platform open freely with the blowout type,and students,teachers and parents fall into the anxiety of choices.The author has tracked,monitored and combed the course resources supplied by more than 20 platforms,analyzed the imbalanced situation of supply and need of online course resources,and found out that poor suitability has greatly influenced the quality of online courses.On the basis of investigation and survey,the author has put forward seven suggestions for the commonweal supply of online courses resources under the background of COVID-19 plague and aroused people to do multi-dimensional thinking about the swarming of online courses forced by the plague.
