“双师教学”:一种促进基础教育优质资源均衡发展的新模态 被引量:16

摘要 以互联网为首的信息技术的不断发展,为我国教育信息化2.0工程的进步提供了硬件基础。加上我国基础设施建设不断完善及慕课风靡全球,人大附中提出“双师教学”这一概念并进行实验。“双师教学”最早于广西启动实施,旨在解决教育资源分布不均衡的问题,提升我国人均受教育机会,实现教育公平。从《中华人民共和国义务教育法》颁布实施以来,由赋予每位公民接受义务教育的权利,到推进义务教育均衡发展部署,再到全面实现“两免一补”和生均公用经费基准定额资金随学生流动可携带,教育公平这一模样日渐清晰。本文中的“双师教学”目的就在于推进区域基层教育,促进优质教育的均衡发展。 The constant development of Internet-led information technology has provided hardware basis for the progress of education informatization 2.0 project in China.In addition to the continuous improvement of infrastructure construction and popularization of MOOCs,the high school affiliated to Renmin University of China has put forward the idea of“double teacher teaching”and done an experiment.Guangxi is the earliest to start and implement“double teacher teaching”,aiming to solve the problem of imbalance of educational resources distribution,promote the access to education per-capita in China,and realize education fairness.After the publishing and implementation of Law of the People’s Republic of China on Compulsory Education,every citizen has been endowed the right to get compulsory education,compulsory education has been promoted to balanced development and deployment,and waiving tuition and miscellaneous fees,supplying free textbooks,and granting living allowances for boarders from financially disadvantaged families have been realized entirely,and the benchmark quota funds for the average public funds of students can be carried with the flow of students,from all of which education fairness is becoming clearer day by day.The aim of“double teacher teaching”in this paper is to promote district basic education and enhance the balanced development of high-quality education.
