新型冠状病毒肺炎流行期间骨科患者放射学检查分级管理及院内感染预防与控制

Hierarchical management of radiological examination of orthopedic patients and control of hospital-acquired infection during epidemic period of COVID-19

新型冠状病毒肺炎(COVID-19)的流行已成为全国性突发公共卫生事件。COVID-19存在无症状感染者,在潜伏期具有传染性,而骨科患者就诊常常具有急性、即时性的特点,部分患者无法等到隔离期满后再进行放射学检查。因此,做好COVID-19疑似患者筛查和普通骨科患者分级管理以及放射科医务人员的防护工作,防止放射科医院感染的发生显得尤为重要。现总结北京积水潭医院防控实践经验,探讨COVID-19流行期间放射科的医院感染预防策略与措施。

The epidemic of COVID-19 has become a national public health emergency. COVID-19 has the characteristics of asymptomatic infections. Orthopedic patient often has the characteristics of acute, immediacy, and some patients cannot wait the radiological examination after the expiry of the isolation period. So screening COVID-19 suspected patients and common orthopedic patients, hierarchical management and infection control of radiologist, preventing the occurrence of healthcare-acquired infection in department of radiology are particularly important. The prevention and control experience of Beijing Jishuitan Hospital was summarized, and the prevention strategies and measures of healthcare-acquired infection in department of radiology was discussed during the period of COVID-19 in this paper.
