口腔种植修复在治疗牙列缺损患者中的应用及对患者咀嚼功能的影响

Application of Dental Implant Prosthesis in the Treatment of Dentition Defect and Its Effect on Masticatory Function

目的:研究口腔种植修复在治疗牙列缺损患者中的应用及对患者咀嚼功能的影响.方法:选取2016年9月-2018年9月笔者所在医院诊治的126例牙列缺损患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和治疗组,每组63例.对照组实施常规修复治疗,治疗组进行口腔种植修复治疗.修复3个月后,比较两组临床疗效、咀嚼功能和口腔健康生活质量,分析两组并发症情况.结果:治疗组临床总有效率(95.24%)明显高于对照组(79.37%),两组临床疗效比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).修复前,两组的咬合力和咀嚼效率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).修复后,两组的咬合力和咀嚼效率均升高,治疗组均明显高于对照组,两组对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).修复后,治疗组口腔疼痛、心理状态、身体功能、独立能力及OHIP-14量表总分均明显低于对照组,两组生活质量比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).治疗组并发症总发生率(3.17%)明显低于对照组(12.69%),两组并发症发生率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:口腔种植修复可显著提高牙列缺损患者临床疗效和口腔健康生活质量,改善咀嚼功能,减少并发症的发生.

Objective:To study the application of dental implant prosthesis in the treatment of dentition defect and its effect on masticatory function.Method:A total of 126 patients with dentition defect treated in our hospital from September 2016 to September 2018 were selected as the subjects.They were divided into the control group and the treatment group according to random number table method,63 cases in each group.The control group received routine prosthetic treatment,while the treatment group received dental implant prosthetic treatment.Three months after the restoration,the clinical efficacy,masticatory function and oral health quality of life of the two groups were compared,and the complications of the two groups were analyzed.Result:The total effective rate of the treatment group(95.24%)was significantly higher than that of the control group(79.37%).The difference between the two groups was significant(P<0.05).Before restoration,there was no significant difference in occlusal force and masticatory efficiency between the two groups(P>0.05).After repair,the occlusal force and masticatory efficiency of the two groups increased,and the treatment group were significantly higher than the control group,the differences between the two groups were significant(P<0.05).After restoration,the total scores of oral pain,mental state,physical function,independence ability and OHIP-14 scale in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and there were significant differences in the quality of life between the two groups(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the treatment group(3.17%)was significantly lower than that in the control group(12.69%).The difference between the two groups was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Dental implant prosthesis can significantly improve the clinical efficacy and oral health quality of life of patients with dentition defect,improve masticatory function and reduce complications.
