首乌藤宁神糖浆联合重复经颅磁刺激治疗失眠症的效果分析

Effect of Shouwuteng Ningshen Syrup Combined with Repetitive Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation on Insomnia

目的:探讨首乌藤宁神糖浆联合重复经颅磁刺激治疗失眠症的临床效果.方法:纳入笔者所在医院2017年9月-2018年12月收治的失眠症患者88例.随机数字表分组,药物治疗组采取首乌藤宁神糖浆治疗,联合治疗组则采取首乌藤宁神糖浆加上重复经颅磁刺激治疗.比较两组治疗效果、住院时间、治疗前后匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表评分、不良反应.结果:联合治疗组治疗总有效率高于药物治疗组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).治疗前两组PSQI评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后联合治疗组各项评分均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05).联合治疗组住院时间短于药物治疗组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).联合治疗组不良反应发生率与药物治疗组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论:首乌藤宁神糖浆加上重复经颅磁刺激治疗失眠症的效果确切,可有效延长睡眠时间和改善睡眠质量.

Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of Shouwuteng Ningshen Syrup plus repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation in treatment of insomnia.Method:A total of 88 insomniacs from September 2017 to December 2018 were enrolled.They are grouped by random numbers.The drug treatment group was treated with Shouwuteng Ningshen Syrup,while the combined treatment group was treated with Shouwuteng Ningshen Syrup plus repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation.The therapeutic effect,hospitalization time,Pittsburgh sleep quality index score before and after treatment and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Result:The total effective rate of the combined treatment group was higher than that of the treatment group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in PSQI score between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05),but the scores in the combined treatment group were lower than those in the control group after treatment,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The hospitalization time in the combined treatment group was shorter than that in the drug treatment group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the combined treatment group and the drug treatment group(P>0.05).Conclusion:Shouwuteng Ningshen Syrup combined with repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation is effective in treating insomnia,which can effectively prolong sleep time and improve sleep quality.
