Effect of PDCA Pattern on Adverse Events in Patients with Schizophrenia

目的:研究精神分裂症患者应用PDCA循环管理模式对不良事件发生率的影响.方法:选取2017年8月-2019年1月本院确诊的精神分裂症患者104名,采用随机数字表法分组,即试验组和对照组各52名,对照组患者应用常规护理措施,试验组患者应用PDCA循环护理管理模式.对比两组患者护理期间的不良事件发生率及护理满意度.结果:试验组患者护理期间不良事件发生率为4%,对照组患者在护理期间不良事件发生率为31%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),同时对照组患者的护理总满意度为77%,试验组患者的总满意度为94%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:针对患有精神分裂症患者,实施PDCA循环管理模式,能够大大降低患者治疗期间各种不良事件的产生,对患者康复具有重要意义,能够有效提高患者对临床护理的满意度.

Objective:To study the effect of PDCA circulatory management model on adverse events in female patients with schizophrenia.Method:From August 2017 to January 2019,104 patients with schizophrenia diagnosed in our hospital were selected and grouped by random digital table method,52 patients in the trial group and 52 patients in the control group.The patients in the control group applied routine nursing measures,and the patients in the trial group applied PDCA circulatory nursing management model.The incidence of adverse events and nursing satisfaction during nursing were compared between the two groups.Result:The patients in the experimental group had adverse events during nursing care.The birth rate was 4%.The incidence of adverse events in the control group was 31%(P<0.05).At the same time,the total nursing satisfaction of the control group was 77%,and that of the experimental group was 94%(P<0.05).Conclusion:For patients with schizophrenia,the implementation of PDCA circulatory management model can greatly reduce the occurrence of various adverse events during treatment,which is of great significance to the rehabilitation of patients,and can effectively improve the satisfaction of patients with clinical nursing.
