肺康复护理模式对慢性阻塞性肺疾病稳定期患者肺功能的影响

Effect of Pulmonary Rehabilitation Nursing Model on Pulmonary Function of Patients with Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease in Stable Stage

目的:观察肺康复护理模式对慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)稳定期患者肺功能的影响.方法:选取笔者所在医院COPD稳定期患者70例(2017年5月-2018年6月),将其随机分为对照组(35例)与观察组(35例).对照组采用常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上给予肺康复护理,比较两组肺功能及生活质量.结果:干预后,观察组肺功能指标均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).观察组生活质量评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:给予COPD患者肺康复护理,能有效改善患者肺功能,提高生活质量,效果较好,值得借鉴.

Objective:To observe the effect of pulmonary rehabilitation nursing model on pulmonary function of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD)in stable stage.Method:Seventy patients with stable stage of COPD in our hospital(May 2017 to June 2018)were randomly divided into the control group(35 cases)and the observation group(35 cases).The control group received routine nursing,the observation group was given pulmonary rehabilitation nursing on the basis of the control group.The pulmonary function and quality of life of the two groups were compared.Result:After intervention,the pulmonary function index in the observation group were all better than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The quality of life score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Pulmonary rehabilitation nursing for COPD patients can effectively improve pulmonary function of patients,improve the quality of life,the effect is better,which is worth learning.
