补肾活血促卵方治疗排卵障碍性不孕症的效果

Effect of Bushen Huoxue Culuan Recipe in Treating Anovulatory Infertility

目的:探究补肾活血促卵方治疗排卵障碍性不孕症的临床效果.方法:选择笔者所在医院2016年5月-2017年12月收治的排卵障碍性不孕症患者65例,随机分为对照组32例及研究组33例.对照组给予克罗米芬治疗,研究组给予补肾活血促卵方治疗,比较两组性激素指标、中医证候积分和妊娠率.结果:两组治疗前性激素指标和中医证候积分比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后研究组性激素指标和中医证候积分均优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组治疗后1年妊娠率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:采用补肾活血促卵方治疗排卵障碍性不孕症能够改善患者的性激素水平、临床症状及妊娠率,推荐临床应用.

Objective:To explore the clinical effect of Bushen Huoxue Culuan Recipe in the treatment of anovulatory infertility.Method:A total of 65 patients with anovulatory infertility admitted to our hospital from May 2016 to December 2017 were selected and randomly divided into the control group 32 cases and the research group 33 cases.The control group was treated with Clomiphene,while the research group was treated with Bushen Huoxue Culuan Recipe.The sex hormone indexes,TCM syndrome scores and pregnancy rate of the two groups were compared.Result:The sex hormone indexes,TCM syndrome scores before treatment were compared between the two groups,and the differences were not statistically significant(P>0.05).After treatment,sex hormone indexes and TCM syndrome scores in the research group were better than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).And 1 year after treatment,the pregnancy rate in the research group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Bushen Huoxue Culuan Recipe can improve the sex hormone level,clinical symptoms and pregnancy rate of patients with anovulatory infertility,which is recommended for clinical application.
