耳尖放血疗法在早期麦粒肿中的治疗效果

Therapeutic Effect of Ear Tip Bloodletting Therapy in Early Stye

目的:分析耳尖放血疗法在早期麦粒肿中的治疗效果.方法:选取2017年3月-2018年10月笔者所在医院收治的160例早期麦粒肿患者为研究对象,采用抽签法分为试验组与对照组,每组80例.对照组实施常规治疗,试验组实施常规治疗+耳尖放血.对两组治疗效果、疼痛评分及痊愈时间进行比较.结果:试验组总有效率为96.25%,明显高于对照组的85.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).试验组疼痛评分为(2.32±0.64)分,明显低于对照组的(4.56±0.97)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).试验组痊愈时间为(4.67±1.20)d,明显短于对照组的(7.95±3.40)d,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:将耳尖放血疗法应用于早期麦粒肿中,能够提高治疗总有效率,缓解患者疼痛,缩短痊愈时间,值得在临床治疗中推广应用.

Objective:To analyze the therapeutic effect of ear tip bloodletting therapy in early stye.Method:A total of 160 patients with early stye admitted to our hospital from March 2017 to October 2018 were selected as the research objects,and patients were divided into the experimental group and the control group by lottery method,80 cases in each group.The control group received routine treatment,and the experimental group received routine treatment+ear tip bloodletting.Treatment effect,pain scores and recovery time were compared between the two groups.Result:The total effective rate of the experimental group was 96.25%,which was significantly higher than 85.00%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The pain score of the experimental group was(2.32±0.64)points,which was significantly lower than(4.56±0.97)points of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The recovery time of the experimental group was(4.67±1.20)d,which was significantly shorter than(7.95±3.40)d of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of ear tip bloodletting therapy in early stings can improve the total effective rate of treatment,relieve the pain of patients and shorten the recovery time.It is worthy of popularization and application in clinical treatment.
