布地奈德联合沙丁胺醇雾化吸入治疗支气管哮喘急性发作患者临床效果

Clinical Effect of Budesonide Combined with Salbutamol Inhalation in the Treatment of Acute Attack of Bronchial Asthma

目的:探讨布地奈德联合沙丁胺醇雾化吸入治疗支气管哮喘急性发作患者临床效果.方法:2017年2月-2019年2月笔者所在医院收治支气管哮喘急性发作患者96例,按随机数字表法分为观察组49例与对照组47例,两组患者入院后均给予常规综合治疗.对照组在常规治疗基础上给予沙丁胺醇,观察组在对照组基础上加用布地奈德行雾化吸入治疗.对比两组患者咳嗽、胸闷、肺部哮鸣音等症状持续时间及肺功能指标,并评价患者临床疗效.结果:观察组患者咳嗽、胸闷、哮鸣音持续时间均明显短于对照组(P<0.05).观察组患者FEV1、FEV1/FVC%及PEF改善情况均明显优于对照组(P<0.05).观察组临床疗效明显优于对照组(P<0.05).结论:布地奈德联合沙丁胺醇雾化吸入治疗能快速改善支气管哮喘急性发作患者临床症状及肺功能,提高临床疗效.

Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of Budesonide combined with Salbutamol inhalation in the treatment of acute attack of bronchial asthma.Method:A total of 96 patients with acute attack of bronchial asthma from February 2017 to February 2019 in our hospital were randomly divided into the control group(47 cases)and the observation group(49 cases).Both groups were given routine treatment,on the basis,the control group of patients were given Salbutamol.The observation group of patients were given Budesonide on the basis of the control group.The duration of cough,chest tightness,chest wheeze and pulmonary function index were compared between the two groups and the clinical effect were evaluate.Result:The duration of cough,chest tightness and chest wheeze in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).The improved situation of FEV1、FEV1/FVC%and PEF in the observation group were significantly excellent than those in the control group(P<0.05).The clinical effect of the observation group were significantly excellent than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Budesonide combined with Salbutamol inhalation can rapidly improve the clinical symptoms and the lung function of patients with acute attack of bronchial asthma,and increase the clinical effects.
