桂林地区社区脑卒中人群饮食习惯和生活方式的分析 被引量:2

摘要 目的:分析桂林地区社区脑卒中人群患病与饮食习惯、生活方式的关系.方法:自2016年1月-2018年12月选择桂林地区某社区186例脑卒中患者作为研究对象(设为研究组),同期另选择该社区400例健康居民作为参照对象(设为对照组),比较两组不良饮食习惯、生活方式发生率.结果:研究组患者摄入盐分过多、口味偏甜和油腻、水果蔬菜摄入不足、肉类摄入过多等不良饮食习惯率分别为92.47%、89.25%、94.62%、92.47%,长期吸烟、大量饮酒、缺乏体育锻炼、长期熬夜等不良生活方式率分别为76.34%、79.57%、86.02%、88.17%,均显著高于对照组的10.00%、6.50%、4.00%、12.00%、7.00%、5.50%、11.00%、11.50%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).Logistic回归分析显示,上述不良饮食习惯和生活方式均是引发脑卒中发病的独立危险因素(P<0.05).结论:桂林地区社区脑卒中人群患病率及与其不良饮食习惯、生活方式具有密切的关系,为预防和降低该社区脑卒中发病率,就需指导社区居民养成健康、合理的饮食习惯和生活方式. Objective:To analyze the relationship between eating habits and life-style in community stroke patients in Guilin.Method:From January 2016 to December 2018,186 stroke patients in a community in Guilin were selected as the study subjects(set as the study group).In the same period,400 healthy residents in the community were selected as the reference subjects(set as the control group).The incidence of adverse eating habits and life-style of the two groups were compared.Result:In the study group,the rate of adverse eating habits such as excessive salt intake,sweet and greasy taste,insufficient intake of fruits and vegetables,and excessive meat intake was 92.47%,89.25%,94.62%and 92.47%,respectively,and the rate of adverse lifestyle such as long-term smoking,heavy drinking,lack of physical exercise and long-term staying up late were 76.34%,79.57%,86.02%and 88.17%respectively,which were significantly higher than 10.00%,6.50%,4.00%,12.00%,7.00%,5.50%,11.00%,11.50%of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Logistic regression analysis showed that the above-mentioned adverse eating habits and lifestyle were independent risk factors for stroke(P<0.05).Conclusion:The prevalence of community stroke in Guilin is closely related to its adverse eating habits and life-style.In order to prevent and reduce the incidence of stroke in this community,it is necessary to guide community residents to develop a healthy and reasonable eating habits and life.
