子宫憩室的中西医治疗进展

Progress in the Treatment of Previous Cesarean Scar Defect with Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine

子宫憩室是剖宫产术后常见的并发症之一,临床表现主要包括阴道异常出血、经期延长、慢性盆腔痛、不孕、憩室妊娠等,给患者的身心健康带来严重影响.随着二胎政策的开放,剖宫产率逐渐上升,子宫憩室的发病率也明显增加.目前,对于子宫憩室的病因尚未完全明确,中西医在治疗方面均无统一的标准,主要采用经验性治疗.中医对于本病的治疗方法主要包括单方治疗、周期治疗和内外治结合治疗.西医主要通过药物和手术治疗,常用药物为避孕药,手术方式包括开腹、经阴道憩室切除或宫腔镜、腹腔镜、宫腹腔镜联合进行子宫憩室的切除整复术.临床中也有较多采用中西医结合方法治疗子宫憩室的案例.本文旨在探究子宫憩室的有效治疗方法.

Previous cesarean scar defect is one of the common complications after cesarean section.The clinical manifestations are abnormal vaginal bleeding,prolonged menstrual period,chronic pelvic pain,sterility,diverticulum pregnancy and so on,which bring serious effects on the physical and mental health of patients.With the opening of the second child policy,the cesarean section rate gradually increased,and the incidence of previous cesarean scar defect is also significantly increased.At present,the etiology of the previous cesarean scar defect has not been completely clear,and there is no unified standard in the treatment of traditional Chinese and western medicine,which mainly adopts empirical treatment.Traditional Chinese medicine for the treatment of this disease mainly includes unilateral treatment,periodic treatment and combination of internal and external treatment.Western medicine mainly has drug treatment and surgical treatment,the commonly used drugs are contraceptive,the surgical methods include laparotomy,transvaginal diverticulectomy or hysteroscopy,laparoscopy,hysteroscopy combined with laparoscopy to excise and repair of previous cesarean scar defect.In clinic,there are also more cases of treating previous cesarean scar defect with integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine.The purpose of this paper is to explore the effective treatment of previous cesarean scar defect.
